1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilipk ("jilipk," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilipk Casino platform available at jilipk.app and any related mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jilipk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

jilipk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately and any winnings may be voided.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games on jilipk, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all jilipk accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) jilipk account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• Account Closure: You may request closure of your jilipk account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures prior to closure.

jilipk reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the jilipk platform:

• Currency: All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on jilipk are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilipk reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
• Deposit Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your jilipk account are from legitimate sources. jilipk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal Verification: Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification. jilipk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe specified on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and verification status of your account.
• Prohibited Payment Methods: Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on jilipk, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
• Anti-Money Laundering: jilipk complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jilipk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jilipk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jilipk are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games on the Platform:

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilipk platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on jilipk.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to theft, fraud, or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jilipk Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilipk staff, support agents, or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions.

8 Responsible Gaming

jilipk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jilipk players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders and automatic logout after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilipk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilipk and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jilipk's reasonable control.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilipk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jilipk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilipk complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jilipk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilipk will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilipk, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

jilipk's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
